One-on-one sessions offered to both sport athletes and individuals who are wanting to improve their overall health and fitness.
Online programmes can be designed too.

Body Analysis

Finique will perform a battery of tests in order to gauge and find a starting point of how we can develop you in to being the best athlete you can be. This includes body composition analysis, flexibility assessments and sport-specific/fitness testing.
